Rescheduling Jobs

  1. Locate the job in the Calendar or Jobs module.
  2. Select “Reschedule” or “Edit Schedule”.
  3. Choose a new date and time based on team availability and business hours.
  4. Confirm the changes. Estizee updates the calendar and notifies the assigned team member(s).
  5. Notify the customer of the new schedule via email, SMS, or both.

Cancelling Jobs

  1. Locate the job in the Calendar or Jobs module.
  2. Select “Cancel Job”.
  3. Confirm cancellation and provide a reason if required.
  4. Estizee marks the job as cancelled and updates the calendar.
  5. Notify the customer and assigned team members of the cancellation.

Notifications

  • Customers should be informed promptly of any schedule changes.
  • Team members receive automatic notifications for rescheduled or cancelled jobs.
  • Notifications can be sent via email, SMS, or both depending on customer preferences.
