Rescheduling Jobs
- Locate the job in the Calendar or Jobs module.
- Select “Reschedule” or “Edit Schedule”.
- Choose a new date and time based on team availability and business hours.
- Confirm the changes. Estizee updates the calendar and notifies the assigned team member(s).
- Notify the customer of the new schedule via email, SMS, or both.
Cancelling Jobs
- Locate the job in the Calendar or Jobs module.
- Select “Cancel Job”.
- Confirm cancellation and provide a reason if required.
- Estizee marks the job as cancelled and updates the calendar.
- Notify the customer and assigned team members of the cancellation.
Notifications
- Customers should be informed promptly of any schedule changes.
- Team members receive automatic notifications for rescheduled or cancelled jobs.
- Notifications can be sent via email, SMS, or both depending on customer preferences.
Best Practices
- Reschedule as early as possible to minimize disruptions.
