Supported Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay (if enabled)
  • Bank Transfers: ACH payments where supported

Receiving Online Payments

  1. Navigate to one of your invoices in Estizee.
  2. Click on the bottom “Settle Now” button.
  3. Chosse the Credit Card Payment Tab.

Customer Experience

  • Customers receive an invoice with a Pay Online button.
  • Clicking the button directs them to a secure payment page.
  • Payment confirmation is automatically updated in Estizee, changing the invoice status to Paid.

  • Test payment processing before sending invoices to customers.
  • Clearly communicate accepted payment methods on invoices.
  • Enable email reminders for unpaid invoices to improve collections.
  • Monitor payment reconciliation regularly to ensure accuracy.
