Assigning a Team Member

  1. Navigate to the job in the Calendar or Jobs module.
  2. Select “Assign Team Member” or “Edit Assignment”.
  3. Choose the appropriate team member or crew from the list.
  4. Confirm the assignment. The team member will receive notification of the job.

Team Availability

  • Ensure that team members are available for the selected time and date.
  • Consider existing assignments and buffer times to prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • Adjust the assignment if availability changes or conflicts arise.

Role-Based Access

  • Only administrators or managers can assign team members.
  • Team members can view jobs assigned to them but cannot reassign without permission.
