Assigning a Team Member
- Navigate to the job in the Calendar or Jobs module.
- Select “Assign Team Member” or “Edit Assignment”.
- Choose the appropriate team member or crew from the list.
- Confirm the assignment. The team member will receive notification of the job.
Team Availability
- Ensure that team members are available for the selected time and date.
- Consider existing assignments and buffer times to prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Adjust the assignment if availability changes or conflicts arise.
Role-Based Access
- Only administrators or managers can assign team members.
- Team members can view jobs assigned to them but cannot reassign without permission.

- Include special instructions or notes for team members within the job details.
