# Online Payments

> The Online Payments section explains how Estizee enables customers to pay invoices electronically, ensuring faster processing, improved cash flow, and a seamless experience for both the business and the customer.

All settings apply to **new invoices**.

## **Supported Payment Methods**

* **Credit/Debit Cards**: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
* **Digital Wallets**: Apple Pay, Google Pay (if enabled)
* **Bank Transfers**: ACH payments where supported

## **Receiving Online Payments**

1. Navigate to **one of your invoices** in Estizee.
2. Click on the bottom "Settle Now" button.
3. Chosse the Credit Card Payment Tab.

## **Customer Experience**

* Customers receive an invoice with a **Pay Online** button.
* Clicking the button directs them to a secure payment page.
* Payment confirmation is automatically updated in Estizee, changing the invoice status to **Paid**.

## **Best Practices**

* Test payment processing before sending invoices to customers.
* Clearly communicate accepted payment methods on invoices.
* Enable email reminders for unpaid invoices to improve collections.
* Monitor payment reconciliation regularly to ensure accuracy.

Proper configuration of online payments in Estizee streamlines billing, improves cash flow, and provides a professional, convenient experience for customers.
