# Fees & Convenience Charges

> The Fees & Convenience Charges section explains additional charges that may be applied to quotes or invoices in Estizee.

These charges cover payment processing costs, service convenience, or other business-related fees.

All fees apply to **new quotes and invoices**.

## **Common Fees**

* **Convenience Fee**: A small percentage added to cover processing costs for online payments.
* **Service Fee**: Additional charges for specialized services or expedited requests.
* **Late Fee**: Applied when invoices are not paid by the due date.

## **Setting Up Fees**

1. Navigate to **Pricing Settings** in Estizee.
